Welcome to Operation Empowerment!

Operation Empowerment, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving reading and writing skills, FCAT scores and graduation rates in Florida's schools. We offer our services and programs at low or no cost to schools and students and are supported through generous community donations, grants and fundraisers.

Operation Empowerment researches new and unique methods for teaching, utilizing contemporary technology and ideas within our partner schools. Where funding is available, we award programs to schools in Tampa Bay and neighboring counties, helping to increase scores in reading and writing while also offering guidance, leadership and mentoring to Florida’s teachers.
